Up to 30. August 2021 went to the Federal Office for Economics and Export Control (BAFA) 795.346 funding applications. Since the end of July 2021 are thus 50.394 applications newly added. Thus, the environmental bonus merges only for the so-called plug-in hybrid. In addition, it is now fact that the purchase bonus has been doubled for the purchase of air conditioning and environmentally friendly electric vehicles. The intended increase in electric car purchase premium up to 9.000 Euro is retroactive to 4. June, so the day of the decision, entered into force. It is important to think that only the share of the Federal Government was doubled. The manufacturers remain faithful to their environmental bonus share.

As the requested applications are distributed in detail, we learned in one of the previous sections. The relationship between companies to individuals continues to retain a stronger expression of the benefit of companies (~ 52.4%). Generally, the focus on companies may be because there is a tax relief for electric service cars. Because the Federal Council has approved the promotion of electric vehicles proposed by the Federal Government in the company. The company car control was also, with effect from 31. July 2019, extended until the end of 2030 and even lowered to 0.25 percent points.

Environmental bonus ranking manufacturers and models in August 2021

Looking at the number of applications for the environmental bonus after manufacturer results in the following picture in August 2021: Volkswagen is at the forefront with 129.285 applications, which were made for Stromer from their home.
