The diesel delivers 265 hp and accelerates the 330d to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds, the 330e takes 5.9 seconds to the country street pace at the optimal start. So the diesel is faster. or? The answer is not that simple. Both cars only reach these acceleration values if you start with a launch control. The traction control DSC must be deactivated for this, the driving dynamics switch for "sport" is pressed. The left foot has to go to the brake, the right gays. When the engine is at speed, the cars start as soon as the foot is from the brake, with optimal slip, squeaky tires and pretty rabid. And yes: the diesel is faster.

In real life, the number from the car quartet does not play a special role: the diesel goes out at red traffic lights, for example, as long as the sports mode is not active. When kicking on the accelerator pedal, the diesel starts with a clearly noticeable shaking and only then it starts. The 330d makes it very quick, but the electric motor pushes the 330e a few meters in the same time, the petrol engine comes depending on the accelerator insert and simply needs to be added. This difference not only comes into its own from a standstill: if you drive both cars in comfort or adaptive mode, then the speed remains in the diesel in the fuel-saving area around 1.500 revolutions per minute, the petrol engine in the 330e is missing if possible.

Interior: space and workmanship
