In February 2021, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 will celebrate its world premiere. Even before this premiere, we can give a view of the electrical CUV, the first model of the new sub-brand Ioniq, with the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) and 800 volt technology developed by Hyundai for this purpose.

After the IoniQ 5, further numerically named electrical models will be launched in the future.

But back to the Ioniq 5 that this is based on Hyundai concept vehicle 「45」 revealed in 2019, can no longer be denied publishing the latest photos. These also give insights into the unmistakable design elements of the Ioniq 5, the so-called “Parametric Pixels” based on the smallest unit of digital imaging. The “Parametric Pixels” lead digital and analog design components together and thus reflect the timeless design of the submark. The pixel-like headlights and taillights of the Ioniq 5 are at the same time the visible expression of the advanced digital technologies of the vehicle.

This combines with the highly low column dimensions leads to a shapely and high-quality appearance of the stromer.
