The legendary DB5 with special fittings was once sold for the equivalent of around 10,000 euros. Now he should achieve more than four million.

D.the legendary Aston Martin, which Sean Connery drove as British secret agent James Bond in the film "Goldfinger", is due to be auctioned in the fall. As the Canadian company RM Auctions announced, based in London, the car is expected to fetch more than 3.5 million pounds (4.2 million euros).

The car, built in 1964, has numerous special devices that the famous inventor "Q" invented for Her Majesty’s secret agent in the film. The car has a built-in machine gun, but it is not functional for safety reasons. The DB5 has 282 hp and reaches a top speed of more than 230 kilometers per hour.

After filming the two James Bond films “Goldfinger” and “Fireball” (1965), US DJ Jerry Lee bought the car in 1969 for the equivalent of 9,800 euros. Now he decided to sell the luxury sleigh in favor of his foundation, which fights against poverty and its social consequences. The auction is to take place on October 27th in collaboration with the British auction house Sotheby’s in London.
