1. Speed limit: from 21 km/h the driver’s license is gone too much
Drivers who do not pay attention to the speed will pay much higher punishments in the future and also lose their driver’s license faster:
- If you are traveling too fast within and outside and out of towns at 16 km/h, you have to count on one point now.
- There is also a fine of 70 euros (urban) and 60 euros for exceedances outside of closed towns.
In addition, an inner -city exceeding of the speed limit by 21 km/h has far -reaching consequences than before. At a fine of 80 euros and two points in Flensburg, a one -month driving ban is now expecting the speed offender. In addition, these punishments (95 euros, driving ban for one month) take effect from a limit of 26 km/h. This also means that the previous rule can be used to prove a driving ban according to the speed sinner, which were too fast within 12 months of at least 26 km/h.

The amount of the fines for these offenses remains unchanged and amount to 240, 280 and 320 euros – always with two points in Flensburg and a one -month driving ban. Drivers who use the rescue allegedly pay at least 240 euros of fine. You will receive two points and a driving ban of one month.
3. Park violations: new rain of money for municipalities
Also disregarding parking rules is becoming more expensive – many financially clammy communities are likely to be happy about higher income. Up to 100 euros fine and even one point are possible. Anyone who parks their car in a confusing place now pays 35 instead of 15 euros. The costs for parking in a fire brigade access increase from 35 to 55 euros. The inadmissible parking of vehicles on a severely handicapped car park and on parking spaces provided for e-and car sharing vehicles also costs 55 euros. 4. Cyclists are preferred
Velo users should be particularly protected by various requirements in the StVO amendment.
