Petrol could soon cost 2 euros permanently – also because of the state’s tax greed. Nevertheless, only a minority of electric cars still buys. Site shows which diesel and petrol models of all classes are particularly economical.

For links on this page, Site receives. A commission from the dealer, Z.B. For marked. More Infosim Spring 1998 called the Greens to increase the price for one liter of gasoline to five D-Marks until 2008. The reality for drivers is no longer that far away today. Already now the liter of petrol costs four marks at some petrol stations, i.e. two euros. The consumption of fossil energy should be reduced massively. So the plan. And it should be implemented through financial pressure. Because the state is extremely greedy in Germany, especially in Germany: without taxes we would pay less than half for fuels . Petrol and diesel drivers should also finance the high costs of emobility. A new CO2 tax was created as an additional instrument; For drivers, the third CO2-based tax according to eco-tax and vehicle tax-whose amount is determined as desired.

The cheapest combustioners at an overview

But significantly more combustioners are still bought than e-cars. For millions of Germans, pure emoblity is not an alternative, so buy, new or used, further burners. In order to mitigate the price shock, it can then be the most economical engine variant.

Cattle man 1000 kilometers of range – this is only available in the diesel

In a table, Site has listed the possible candidates of the most important brands and model series for everyone who is now looking for a less thirsty mobile pedestal. It shows that depending on the vehicle class, you can get by with fewer than four liters of standard consumption per 100 kilometers. And even a Mercedes-Benz S-Class can stay well under seven liters. The standard consumption values are given here; However, practical tests show that with the nine euro 6 D standard, the deviations between standard and real consumption are no longer as large as before.

Plug-in hybrids remain a foggy pack

We deliberately excluded the plug-in hybrid from this list because their consumption information is ultimately based on fraud: the prospect of mini consumption can only be reached if the vehicle is always loaded at the socket. With long distances, however, this is illusory in reality. In the case of plug-in hybrids, real consumption therefore completely depends on personal use. The situation is different with the classic and the "mild" hybrids with a 48 volt system, which are widespread today. You have a small electric motor and battery, can partly start electrically and reduce the petrol or diesel thirst in practice noticeable.

The diesel remains savings master

Another knowledge when looking at the data: The most convenient cars of a model series mostly have a diesel on board. And where a petrol engine leads the saver, this is usually due to the fact that the manufacturer does not offer a diesel at all for the model. Conclusion: Diesel vehicles still consume significantly less fuel than equally strong petrol engines. Frequent drivers, especially private buyers without a company car privilege, should consider whether the switch to a tax-favored plug-in hybrid is worthwhile for you. The shorter the routes driven every day, the sooner a plug hybrid could make sense.

  1. Anyway, is exciting
The fact that the approvals for pure electric cars broke massively in January 2022 … compared to the previous month, around 57%. Even though the fuel prices are at a record high. Should not be the case in itself if the electric cars are as great as you can always hear from fanboys. Or what is that then? It will probably not be that the ship delivery of Tesla does not happen every month. Especially since Grunheide presses everyone else on the wall with the Super Teslas.. Oh stop, from there no car comes to the customer to this day.

  2. It’s like always.
Instead of being written about the catastrophic energy policy. No matter what is expensive, we always get “helpful tips” on the part of the media to save. No criticism only savings proposals. Not ridiculous and none. Most people know how they can save. Only that saving will soon no longer be interested because of the price increases, the powerful. You can save so much, the state will definitely get the saved one in any case. The reports are just as helpful when the government benefits us what. On the other hand, it is fetched twice and triple. The majority can calculate.

  4. It doesn’t work without a power connection
It’s not just a question of the purchase price. If you do not have your own parking space with a power connection at home, you can not buy a Stromer and that should probably apply to the vast majority.

  5. Where do the raw materials come from?
For the batteries of e cars, cobalt is required, among other things. This is largely promoted in child labor in the Congo. While tin, Tantal, Wolfram and Gold from the Congo are prohibited by the conflict mineral regulations of the United States and the EU, the respective legislators have simply forgotten the cobalt funded in the Congo under the same inhumane conditions in the conflict mineral regulations. A Schelm, who thinks evil.

  6. Yes where do you come from?
We mainly used in the steel industry and also in batteries and in catalysts and in a thousand other things. And yes in the DRK children also promote that. But child labor is also prohibited in the DRK. The manufacturers do not use any or as little cobalt as possible. The oil industry, on the other hand, are only angels ! Right?

How Habeck u. Baerbock sitting in the bathtub after a boring working day at home (of course everyone at home) after two minutes the current, the heating, the instantaneous water heater, is out, light anyway, this for seven to ten hours. Coffee machine out, freezer (turns off after four hours, throw away meat), load on e-car, nobody can drive to the swimming pool and I sit on the balcony and look forward to this legendary stupidity of the government. You know everything better than people who worked for 40 years as an electrist, yes, properly worked, not only have so much swimmed down. My thanks go to the Greens voters. Thanks.

In their 40 years as an electrician, we experienced many blackouts? I mean due to lack of electricity? But yes there are people who long for the D-Mark just like everything else 30 or 40 years ago. What Mr. Dumpert changes in the power supply just like in the political landscape. Still a nice life!

  9. When the fuel prices
continue to shoot through the ceiling, and that will be flourishing, then fuel tourism flourishes. It’s already. At the latest from € 2 per liter and increasing, a journey of approx. 100 km. Poland, Luxembourg and other states are happy. Then this EU has at least once an advantage. Cheap recharge your batteries without any major problems. And a lot of people live on the limits to the cheap countries. If you then have a big tank all the better. Inventional as we are, additional tanks are certainly installed. And I don’t come with control. We already have no staff for other urgent problems. Then in addition to drugs, it is just traded with fuel. That comes from a certain profit margin. And then is also profitable. There is always a back door.

  10. And again….
….Such a report ala: "If the people cannot buy bread, it should eat cake!". It is nice when you are shown here which car is most economical – that benefits the cleaning lady, who is sure to drive through the area with her 15 -year -old Polo! If the fuel is too expensive for her, it should just be for 14.000 € buy a new car! Or for 30.000 € + an electric car. And if she can’t afford it, then she should just earn more and finally stop being poor!

That’s right, that’s exactly the problem. The Greens politicians of the new generation in particular have lost reference to reality here. Dissolated studies, no training but collect 10,000 euros a month diets. They don’t even know what’s going on in reality.

  12. Petrol price?
There is no petrol price shock! Everyone knows that the gasoline price consists mainly of taxes and the so -called CO2 price is now increased annually. Supposedly to relieve the environment. Everyone also knows that 99% of commuters cannot be bought differently at horrendous prices! If you would sell the gasoline without taxes, you would get a price of € 0.5673 per liter.

I have been driving a Golf GTD for 7 years, with which I can easily get on with 6 liters per 100 km. Diesel technology has been extremely improved in recent years. For me it is a shame that is destroyed by an unsuspecting lobby. I would advise every electric car owner to go on vacation with his electric car in the high season.
