Disappointing! It cannot fly, and lead does not turn into gold in the interior
Okay, maybe the expectations are a little too high. But in my defense: Porsche stirred it up itself! Electric, four-door and more powerful than a Porsche 911 GT2 RS. The Porsche Taycan is possibly the best electric car in the world!
Or? That's exactly what I ask myself in the video. Does the combination of Porsche and electric car fit, or is the hype maybe exaggerated?
Thanks to 800 volt technology it charges with up to 270 kW and needs only 22.5 minutes from five to 80 percent charge. Ideal conditions are understood to mean. The numbers are definitely impressive. Top speed: 260 km / h. On paper, the Taycan Turbo S has a range of up to 412 kilometers!

It can recuperate with up to 265 kilowatts. According to Porsche, this is the greatest recuperation performance in the competition. 90 percent of the braking power is managed recuperatively in everyday life, the discs are only responsible for the remaining ten percent. So you should be able to touch the brake discs even after going downhill without getting burned.
Porsche deliberately doesn't offer an on-pedal feeling in the Taycan like in the BMW i3. The reason: The braking feeling is not always the same. For example, a cold, full battery would mean that the car only recuperates weakly and then only brakes weakly.
