According to China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance (Capbia), Gion High-Tech was 0.69 produced by 0.69 GWH behind Catl (6.5 GWh) and BYD (2.4 GWh) and BYD (2.4 GWh) the number of Chinese battery manufacturers.
To achieve his goal for 2025, GOTION plans to build multiple battery factories: In the end of July, the company announced that in its home country to establish a work with 20 GWh of annual production capacity. From 2023, among other things, the new unit cells of the VW Group are to be produced, with which the German manufacturer starts in mass production of E-cars.
