In many cases, a parking ticket was previously cheaper than a parking ticket – this is why the fines will be paid on the 1st. April 2013 increased. In some cases, the warning monies are then doubled.

F.al parking will be more expensive in the coming year. The price of the previous five-euro ticket will double to 10 euros from April 1, 2013 – not least because the low warning fee has made it cheaper for some drivers in many cases to risk a parking ticket, and possibly also to collect than to pull a parking ticket in accordance with the law.

Starting April 1st, it will cost ten instead of five euros to park without a parking disc or valid parking ticket. It also costs ten instead of the previous five euros to exceed the permitted parking time by up to 30 minutes.

For other park offenses, too, the fine will increase from April 1, 2013 by five euros each. If you are wrong for more than an hour, you pay 15 instead of the previous ten euros. If you park your car incorrectly for more than three hours or leave it behind without a valid parking ticket or parking disc, you will be asked to pay 30 instead of the previous 25 euros.
